Approximately 45 million Americans diet each year and spend $33 billion on weight-loss products in their pursuit of a trimmer, fitter body. Yet, nearly two-thirds of Americans are still overweight or obese, with many of these people feeling that their size is keeping them from embracing the person they truly are.

If you are like most Americans, chances are, the last diet you tried wasn’t too helpful once it was over.

Yes, you may have dropped those unwanted pounds quickly – but the moment you stopped complying to those ridiculous and unrealistic eating expectations, the number on the scale started to creep higher and higher…

The reason fad diets are so deceptive is that they force you to change all of your habits at once. Yes, sometimes this can lead to a significant weight change, but it absolutely cannot last if these changes aren’t maintainable and accommodating.

What you need, then, is not a list of foods not-to-eat or a crash diet plan. What you need is guidance.

Over the course of 8 weeks, we will help you build maintainable skills you need to make healthy eating fit into your daily routine – one habit at a time.

 

What You Can Expect Over These 8-Weeks

Make healthy habits second nature

We will educate and coach you through the areas of mindful eating, macronutrients, hydration, meal preparation, travel, and social situations. You will have time to practice the skills you learn while we provide you with all the knowledge and practical instruction you need to become a master of each domain. This will allow you to apply healthy habits to your life long after this 8-week program is over.

Have access to software that helps you track your daily practices

Track your daily habits with ease through the use of our new technology. The app that will be used throughout the program will help keep you accountable through the use of daily prompts and notifications. If you go too long without checking in, your trainer will reach out to you to offer help and encourage you to keep moving forward.

Maintain communication with a coach who will help you conquer obstacles

Your coach will help you every step of the way. You will receive a 5-10 minute call each week from your world-class coach to check in and see how you are doing with the program. If you don’t answer, we’ll send you an email to assess your week’s progress. Either way, you will get helpful feedback from your coach, as well as an opportunity to assess what worked for you that week, and what are your opportunities for improvement in future weeks.

 Learn about the specific areas you need to master to see results

We will identify the obstacles that prevent you from practicing healthy habits consistently, and help you navigate through your busy lifestyle by helping you implement the healthy habits that will most efficiently get you the results you need – so you can fit nutrition and fitness into the context of your real, everyday life.

Learn how to build practical, maintainable skills that will last beyond 8 weeks

Our approach is grounded in the latest psychology and nutrition principles so you can experience sustainable change.

We have tested this program several times in the last couple of years through pilot groups. The feedback and results obtained from these experimental groups have allowed us to perfect this program – now it’s time to open enrollment to you.

How Much Does It Cost?

Join the program for two monthly payments of $149. These two payments will allow you access to personal coaching, counseling on habitual practices, and lessons in health and fitness- all for about $5 a day.
