Even as the director of corporate health and the owner of Wilmington Performance Lab, social and travel situations are my biggest obstacles to healthy eating.

These situations push you further away from your weight-loss goal more than you realize. Not only is your progress delayed but the hard work you put in the gym over the last 6-12 months is being undone.

Then comes that frustrating moment: you realize you haven’t reached your goal despite working out 3-4 times a week and eating more veggies.

So how do we prevent these situations from hindering our progress?

Well, first we need to understand that no one reacts their way to success.

We need to plan, execute, and review what worked so we can plan better next time.

In this video, I’ll show you how to stay on track with your nutrition when you go out to eat with your friends. And how to prepare for your next business trip.
